Overview
The Department of State Police, the Department of
Criminal Justice Services, and the University of Virginia are offering
a technical seminar on the Law Enforcement National Date Exchange
Program (N-DEx) and the rollout of N-DEx to Virginia agencies.
Attendees should include RMS vendors, agency executives, technical
staff, and persons responsible for decision-making and IBR reporting.
Staff from the FBI Program Office will discuss N-DEx, N-DEx
capabilities, and the technical and political issues involved with
participation. Lt. Fagan of the Virginia State Police will describe how
N-DEx will affect local law enforcement agencies and the planned
rollout schedule. Mr. James Conklin, Program Director of the UVA
Predictive Technology Laboratory, will present on Data Sharing
