June 14th, 2012 - The PTL begins work on new project for Army - open research positions

The Predictive Technology Laboratory has been awarded a grant in collaboration with Technology Service Corporation to investigate sustainment and logistics of forward operating bases for the United States Army. Military sustainment (from deployment, through day-to-day operations, and finally retrograde) has historically been problematic. Weather and terrain (particularly in austere environments) as well as the availability of limited transport, security and manpower assets typify the primary impediments to sustainment flow. We will apply our asymmetric threat prediction tools to rapidly and effectively plan forced entry, early entry and non-contiguous FOB sustainment operations theater-wide.

We are looking for highly ambitious graduate students to collaborate with us on this project. Please get in touch if you are interested.
